Proposal to Amend Zoning Resolution Article XXXVI and Supporting Definitions

Public Notice is hereby given that the Darby Township Trustees will hold a hearing regarding amending Articles XXXVI and XXXIX, and modifying articles II and XIV of the Zoning Resolution (Code) on January 5, 2026 at 7pm at the Darby Township Hall in Pickaway County, 12049 London Rd., Orient OH 43146. The Amendment will contain provisions to prohibit Ground Mounted Solar Energy Systems less than 50 mega-watts township wide, and set provisos for other less-than S0MW generating systems. It will also clarify language pertaining to wind power facilities.
