Proposal to Amend Zoning Resolution Article VI

                Public Notice is hereby given that the Darby Township Rural Zoning Commission will hold a hearing regarding amending Articles VI of the Zoning Resolution (Code) on April 13^th, 2026, at 7pm at the Darby Township Hall in Pickaway County, 12049 London Rd., Orient OH 43146. The Amendment will set the public hearing process for amending the Darby Township Zoning Code to be in accordance with ORC 519.12(A). After the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be referred to the Darby Township Board of Trustees for further determination. The amendment can be found in full at the township’s website: https://www.darbytownship.us/events-calendar, and a physical copy is being made available to the public and may be viewed at the Harrisburg Public Library and the township hall window.  Any questions pertaining to this notice should be directed to Jama Cobb, Darby Township Clerk, fiscalofficer@darbytownship.us.
