Darby Township Zoning Code Proposal

The following (below) is a transcript of the proposed amendment language to replace articles 36 and 39 of the Darby Township Zoning Resolution (Code). In addition to replacing the language of those articles, the following changes must also be made to ensure continuity within the code:
-Article XIV (A) Combined Use and Development Standards Tables, Small Solar Facility, Ground Mounted, Small (subject to Section 36): boxes in the table will all be blank (prohibited).
-Article II Definitions, Solar Facility Small, Ground Mounted: to add "see Article XXXVI, Section B, Solar Energy System, ground mounted.
An official changelog will be generated and added to the Code should the amendment be
accepted into rule by the Board of Trustees.
