Notice of Public Hearing on Zoning Resolution - August 4

The Darby Township Trustees will be conducting a public hearing on Monday, August 4th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Darby Township meeting hall located in Derby, Ohio. This hearing is in regards to consideration of a list of changes in the zoning resolution of Darby Township submitted and approved by the Darby Township Zoning Commission. These changes relate to definitions and general language of the zoning resolution. There are no proposed zoning district changes. A copy is being made available to the public and may be viewed at the Harrisburg Library located in Harrisburg, Ohio during regular business
